Practice Profile
To enable you to have ability to make amendments to some of your practice details, OPERAi has a Practice Profile available in the General Dropdown Menu:
From the practice profile you are able to make amendments to contact details for the practice and also review the users that have access at your optical practice and where required remove the user from the practice account.
When the screen loads you will see the Practice Contacts at the lower part of the screen at the default view, from here you can select the Edit icon to be able to amend the field, once amendment has been completed select the Update icon to save the changes against each field:
By clicking on the Practice User text you will be switched to a view of all practice users, if you have a large number of users you can scroll through the list on the RHS scroll bar:
Should you have the need to remove a user then this is actioned by clicking on the red person with the line through icon.
