Invite User to Practice

Once the practice onboarding is complete and the initial user account has been created that user can log in to OPERAi at app.optical-referrals.org and add additional users.

An admin user can invite clinical users and a clinical user can invite clinical and admin users.

The below video will take you through how to invite a clinical user.

NOTE - where a user is invited to multiple practice prior to them having completed the User Onboarding process and getting their initial account, the passcode they will need to use is the one from the latest email received as the passcode from prior invitations is replaced with the latest one. Alongside this the users initial account is registered to the practice that is the latest one to invite them and will need to be re-invited to additional practices following completion of their user onboarding.
