Post Operative Cataract Report

For all post operative cataract assessments, you are required to complete the post operative cataract report on OPERAi to inform the hospital provider of the outcome of the assessment.

For complete this select the WGOS Post Op Cataract Report option from the Examination Types:

You will be required to complete the visual acuity page as per all referral types and then will be presented with the following post operative cataract clinical questions and outcomes:

The selection of the correct hospital and outcome will result in the report being routed to the hospital provider email endpoints, e.g. where post-operative complication these are sent through the the urgent eye clinic email address and where ready for second eye and discharge these go through to the routine email for the hospital to process.
