Glaucoma Additional Clinical Questions

Where the clinic type selected is Glaucoma or referral to WGOS Glaucoma, the following additional clinical questions will need to be completed. Not all of the fields as mandatory, and there is some variation of the mandatory requirement based on the examination type that was conducted. If a WGOS 4 Glaucoma Filtering assessment has been conducted then there will be a requirement for images to be uploaded, and should the practitioner completing the WGOS 4 Glaucoma Filtering have Higher Certificate in Glaucoma or Diploma in Glaucoma then there is a requirement for Gonioscopy to be completed.
