NHS Wales Email Account Support

Practices are limited to a maximum of two Admin user accounts. If a practice has reached this limit, DHCW will liaise with them to confirm whether accounts should be reassigned.

Each Optometrist at a practice is eligible for an account. NWSSP manages this process and will verify that the user is a certified clinician before creating the account.

Clinical Accounts:
Managed by NWSSP (NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership)
