Logging into OPERAi

Logging into OPERAi is simple.  You will need your username and password, and, if you have chosen to activate two factor authentication, your mobile telephone.

The login screen looks like this:

Simply enter your username and password and click Sign in.  The two factor authentication enabled will then request that you access your PIN number. You pin will be sent to your email address registered with OPERAi.

If you have forgotten your password then use the Reset it link.  You will need access to your email account registered with us in order to receive the reset code.  If you have any problems getting your code, just raise a help ticket using the "Ask" function (chat bubble) on the home screen.
